The Empress says, “Mama’s got you covered.”
Maybe you’re Mom or maybe you call Mom. Maybe we’re talking a birth mother, or a friend or boss or spouse—even a deity for that matter!—whomever serves the function of feeding the spirit and soothing scraped knees and reminding that all is going to be fine and we’re pretty damned awesome besides.
Moms rock that way.
The physical and emotional support needed to nourish yourself, heal and grow creatively IS available. It’s as readily accessible as reaching for a snack (healthy and nourishing, of course).
Heed well the counsel of nurturing, wise people who love you especially, and take their words to heart! Because whatever is being served up at this dinner party does constitute a meal. It builds muscles and bones from the inside out.
You have an Empress/Mom figure to support you? Do you serve that role for someone else?
