Do-it-Yourself Spirituality is applied spirituality.
There is no obtaining second-hand knowledge of a personal truth. You can take inspiration from anywhere, but unless your personal spirituality is something you're living and breathing every day of your life, it's not fully your own. Follow your heart and like always, it won't steer you wrong.
