“Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

A lot of the people I talk to are facing some significant decision, a turning point. Crossroads clients. They may have a change in circumstance, confusion in direction or a problem to resolve. But no matter the reason, they feel the weight of their situation and are looking for confirmation and insight.

This is the place we find ourselves in today, with the Two of Swords from the astrologically-themed Zodiac Tarot. Appropriate for the eternal judge Libra, this card takes place in a court. The illustrative picture shows a crossroads, one of life’s intersections (perhaps location of a mishap). The man on the stand shows us ourselves—weighing words carefully in making testimony. He knows what he says will have impact. He’s been sworn in, taking an oath to remain true. So too our words, at this time, carry weight, and those who hear them expect them to be rational (Tarot Swords) and true to our feelings (Moon).

Tarot twos speak to duality, polarities and choices. When this card shows up, the decision has not been made. While objective reason is always meaningful for the suit of Swords, this card is associated with the moon. Make sure what you say and subsequently do accurately represent your feelings. Make your words as well as deeds those you can be “at home” with and you shan’t go too far wrong.
