When “Friends and Family” pairs up with a reversed Knight of Cups, I’m thinking it may be messy. Emotionally messy. Sorry! I would not be surprised to see mood swings, high probability of tears, or just an utter emotional fog scattered about the inner circle.
The Knight of Cups has pretty variable moods as it is, and the reversal does nothing to stabilize. Be ready for the possibility of quick-change and possibly intense mood swings and you won’t be thrown.
The upside is that these kind of moods are not especially hard to change. Music, art, movies, even inspirational (and ideally lyrical) words can help, a lot. Distraction is also highly helpful! This has a very Neptune/Pisces feel about it and you can throw up some smoke and mirrors that are almost as effective as actually changing space and time.
And if all else fails? Then take my standard Neptunian advice and declare naptime. That, and have keep tissue handy.
