You don’t need to “be” anything to suit others–it’s best if you just do you, always–but it also means you must extend the same grace to everyone else. Continue to connect. Find pockets of peace wherever you are, with whomever you are with, and look for the best you can find wherever you happen to be. This helps refill your emotional cup.

Since we all loved the scene on this card we should meditate we are leaning on a tree sitting in the shade. And when we’ve finished our Zen we’ll have a fabulous lunch. I would normally bring roasted chicken but in honor of the falcon it’ll be tuna salad instead 🙂
