The 3 of Swords isn’t known for it’s warm and fuzziness. Think Saturn (restriction) in Libra (relationship). Here, it’s shown quite vividly as signing those divorce papers, a very apt metaphor for this card.
Whatever is over, is REALLY over here. Whatever you’re ending, it’s really and truly ending. There is no go back. There is pain to be processed perhaps, or tears to be cried (and dried), sure. But don’t expect things to go back to “normal.” Time to create a new normal.
