I’m noticing a theme here for the last few forecasts. Or maybe, it’s a mostly a theme in my head, in my life. But I’m finding myself repeatedly drawn to taking a step back and a deep breath. Centering back to the self. Step back and center, step back and center. Taking what’s useful and ignoring everything else.
Yes!!! As you (and anyone else around me) well know, culinary school happened this year. 😀

Wow, that did resonate with me. The upheaval, cleaning stuff out in particular. Also the “lighting your own torch.” That’s what I didn’t do a lot of the time, and I can identify how it hindered me.
“Make real”. YEP!! For us 2013 was REALIZING what’s real and what was SHADOWS.
