Trying to quietly hold the whole world together is exhausting. You may know it’s not actually your job, but when people are clearly struggling and you know you can help, it’s hard not to try.
This week’s cards are clear: if you’re on the support committee, you’re also on the schedule for your own care—and it comes first, not last.
Coming up in the Cards

Outlook: Queen of Pentacles
People are eating this week! I love seeing the Queen of Pentacles here. This Queen doesn’t do performative compassion; she feeds, fixes, tends, and makes sure people have what they need, literal or energetic.
If you’re acting as the Queen’s envoy, don’t skip your own meals in favor of stocking everyone else’s pantry. Caring for yourself isn’t selfish here, it’s logistics. So do it. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Just effective. Maybe a low-key ritual that keeps your tank full. (Walks? Meal prep? Naps? Whatever feeds your needs.)
Advice: Eight of Wands Rx
Despite any wins, the future may still feel scattered and uncertain. This card reversed is still momentum but infused with chaos, which is unsettling. We’re being asked to tolerate ambiguity while the wands are unpredictably mid-flight.
You don’t have to like it. I don’t! But it is part of the transformation process. Imposing patterns that haven’t naturally formed just leads to confusion. So breathe, handle what’s right in front of you right now, and let the rest fall into place on its own timeline. It’s going to anyway, right?
Now for you…
Where are you actually feeling fed—body, heart, bank account, or spirit? Turn that up. And where are you running on fumes while still trying to play cosmic lunch lady? This week, look at one way you can shore yourself up. One step at a time.
It helps. ♥
