Six of Cups Rx: From Dreaming to Doing

Is the end of naivety a curse or a hidden blessing? That’s the question I’ve been mulling.

While mapping out the next chapter of my life, I’ve run headfirst into a hard truth. Those ‘easy as pie’ plans? More like ‘pie in the sky.’ The reality of grounding dreams into the tangible world is a journey of unexpected twists. Always and for all of it. Not that it’s not doable. Only it’s harder than I thought it might be.

Consider the complexities of starting anew, whether in an urban jungle or a secluded nook in nature. (Personally, I still vote for the nature, but you do you.) It’s a dance of logistical steps, from untangling bureaucratic zoning knots to balancing the beans in your budgetary can. And for each hurdle navigated and each question answered, a dozen more seem to sprout up.

Honestly, there’s a part of me that misses the days of blissful ignorance, floating on clouds of idyllic daydreams. It was really nice! One could say perfect, even.

But let’s face it; the lessons we learn from real-life experience, though not all sunshine and rainbows, are ultimately invaluable treasures snagged along this winding road. They are what makes what’s next possible, manifested and in the real world.

Next Week’s Tarot Forecast is vibing with this very theme.

Next Week in the Cards

Outlook is the reversed Six of Cups. Advice is bold and clear, with the Emperor in charge. This is the Legacy of the Divine Tarot deck pictured.

Ever had a ‘truth bomb’ drop on you lately, or seen someone else’s reality get a makeover? That’s the vibe with the topsy-turvy Six of Wands this week. It’s like the universe is saying, ‘Welcome to the end of the innocence tour.’ Daydreaming’s on pause, folks – reality’s calling, and it’s not leaving a voicemail.

But, here’s the twist – this is actually good news. Why, you ask? Because it’s like the cosmic green light for progress. Those daydreams were just the opening act, and now it’s time for the main event. Enter the Emperor – the tarot’s version of a no-nonsense CEO. He’s all about surveying the land, setting big goals, and then rolling up his sleeves to make it happen. He’s the guy who turns ‘what if’ into ‘watch this.’

The Emperor is our dream-to-reality architect. He’s the one making the blueprints come to life. Sure, stepping up to the plate can feel like standing at the edge of a cliff – exhilarating yet kinda terrifying. But let’s face it, the only way to turn those dreams into your ‘new normal’ is to take that leap.

So, take a moment to salute those hard truths you’ve encountered. They might have crashed your party uninvited, but they’re the exact reality checks needed at this juncture. Time to channel that newfound wisdom into action. It’s choice-making season, and the stars are urging you to start laying those bricks on your path to greatness.

So, what’s the tarot telling you, friends? Are these cosmic insights hitting home?
