A year ago, my life was kind of crazy. I was stressed out, sleep-deprived, worried and plain ol’ frazzled.
There were perfectly understandable reasons. Furthermore, I realized the reasons were transitory, and the sacrifice of being involved was worth it to me. Rough at times, but worth it.
Now my life has a different brand of weird stress, less intense at this point. But I’m not where I want to be. I’m okay, but I’m just tired of the whole messiness, if you want to know the truth. I’d like to put it behind me.
Maybe you’re tired, too. I wouldn’t blame you.
If you are, perhaps you’ll join me in trying to follow the Tarot advice here.
Side note: Thanks to those who ask: I’m continuing to get better! I can walk pretty well now, and only look toddler-ish when I’m tired. My stamina is still a little iffy, but I see improvement. I’m definitely making progress…thanks for your patience when scheduling. I appreciate you guys!
This Week in the Cards
Outlook is the Seven of Pentacles reversed. Advice is Temperance. Deck pictured is Legacy of the Divine Tarot.
Long term plans may be disrupted–on a scale either small or large. Honestly, they probably have been disrupted for a while, but it’s becoming more evident. Unexpected results are a part of the mix. That doesn’t mean bad results, necessarily. Just not anticipated. There’s a difference.
It’s okay, though. Take a deep breath. Inhale and exhale. And another. And you look for ways to integrate what you expected with what you’ve got. You look to merge where you are with where you want to be. You look for alternatives when the path you were planning changes too much to be realistically viable. Sometimes that happens, you know.
Things change. So what do you do?
You keep moving forward. That’s all. Maybe the view turns out a little different from what you were expecting. But that doesn’t mean it’s not still a good view. The beauty of the view is very often in the eye of the beholder. So remind yourself of that when you are getting fussy, and I’ll do the same. Let’s just see where this eclipse season leads us, shall we?
Be well out there, friends! Much love.
