Knights are sometimes unpredictable members of the Tarot court, other than being strongly representative of the thoughts and ideals of their respective suits. Knights tend to be extremist, all-or-nothing expressions of an idealized interpretation of the suits energy. An inverted Knight of Cups is even less stable and more impulsive because he’s over-emotional, prone to mood swings and outbursts.
He’s about as predictable as a drunken teenager. And self-righteous? Televangelists have nothing on this guy!
If you’re dealing with the inverted Knight of Cups type, don’t expect him to keep his word (or even remember those words in the morning), although it may be true that he means what he says at the time. But his superpower is emotionally driven rationalization, and what’s true for him today may not hold the same sway tomorrow.
If you ARE this guy, you’d be well advised to shut up and sober up before making any grand declarations you cannot easily take back. Those hangovers can be a son-of-a-bitch, you know?
