The Knight of Swords can come off as somewhat callous, but he’s generally (annoyingly) right and always direct, to the point. That’s because all the Tarot Swords seldom get bogged down with silly details. Many of us don’t care for seeing Swords in our readings because they are often connected to conflict and loss. But really, how overwhelming would life be if there were not disengagements to make way for new engagements?
When you see the Knight of Swords, look to the facts and only the facts. You may have to let go of something to move forward, cut ties or purge to make room. He is a skilled negotiator, always ready to give up something to get something he wants more, PROVIDED the exchange is reasonable.
There really is no free lunch with this guy, but that’s fine. His deals are fair. Be sure to reason through any disputes with a focus on bigger goals. It’s not a time to be sentimental or paternal. It’s a time to be rational. Logic and reason, along with clear communication, yields optimum effectiveness.
You in negotiation?
