“You’ll see it when you believe it.” – Wayne Dyer
People assess financial states exactly the same way they assess their weights—”good enough” is entirely subjective. Your rich and my skinny may have little in common with my rich and your skinny—and the gauge differs for yourself versus for others. That’s your first clue, these things are largely about state of mind.
Today’s Tarot is the Five of Pentacles (Mercury in Taurus), here presented as “Financial and Material Changes” from the Psychic Tarot Oracle. Perhaps an apt card for shortly after Christmas, if you happened to overspend!
I see this card most often when there’s a feeling of lack, a sense of poverty and especially of being beaten down. It frequently refers to material circumstances, but not always. “
Out in the cold” sums it up, whatever the chill is. Time, money, affection, appreciation, whatever is lacking. If you feed needs unanswered, this card can speak to that.
However, noticing the stained glass windows of the church, it’s a reminder that help IS available, if you take it upon yourself to ask for it. That’s important to remember, especially if you’re feeling isolated. That isolation would be entirely by choice here, not circumstance. So look up, if you’re not seeing help!
Whatever the resource, though, ebbs and flows are undeniably part of the deal. The ebb provides contrast, pointing out to you what needs to be changed. It shows you clearly what’s not working. This is a gift, because it gives you opportunity to address it. It’s a chance to grow.
So when you’re in flow, appreciate. When you’re in ebb, also appreciate! Gratitude turns up blessings. It raises your vibration. So let your appreciation edge you back into the flow. This is how it’s done.
And if you could use some assistance? Get it, for goodness sakes! You may be surprised how easily and gracefully help comes. You pay back by 1. using well what you’re given, and 2. spreading the good karma around. That’s all helpers usually want, anyway. Because it adds light to their lives to make that difference. Win-win, baby!
