Ever start feeling like what people don’t want to hear what you have to say? Maybe you’re right–but at the wrong time. Maybe you’re blunt–and others aren’t ready to see it. Or maybe you have different priorities.
It’s felt a little like that lately. Be kind, to others when they flinch a little. And to yourself, when you feel a little unwanted. Next week, you may hve some of these sorts of experiences. Just back off if you’re getting the vibe, assume the best from everyone, including yourself. And focus on what you can do to prepare for what you’ve got coming. Trust others to prepare themselves. It’s an individual job, after all.

People may be feeling more generous lately. It’s a good trend. Join it! Being “right” is a whole lot less important (and appealing) than feeling better. Lean into the feeling better end of the equation. If this means you give people a little more credit than might be strictly due, so be it. It doesn’t matter whether or not they deserve it. YOU do.
I really love this interpretation of the three of wands. Our housewife is ready for whatever comes. Her house is clean and she’s prepared to accept company perhaps, or a maybe go on a trip, or even just deal with the business of life, knowing she has a comfortable, safe and clean home base waiting for her at the end of the day.
Advice-wise, Three of Wands would point to preparation for what’s expected. This isn’t a “working on other people’s attitudes” type of preparation. It’s purely personal preparations. It’s doing what you feel you need to do for YOU. Expect others to manage their own lives and the will, albeit probably not how you’d do it. But we all have enough to manage with our own lives, don’t you think?
Give others the benefit of the doubt. But save a big helping of that for yourself, okay? We all need it. And clean out your (metaphorical or physical) closets to get ready for what’s to come.
