I’ve been working on a project that holds deep personal meaning. My mind is bursting with ideas, but the progress has felt excruciatingly slow.
I’ve recently realized it’s not the workload or complexity that’s kept me stalled—it’s fear. For most of my adult life, I’ve been afraid to fully embrace it. Perhaps you know exactly what I mean. But I’ve also discovered there’s enormous power in understanding that fear and taking it apart to understand it, directly, honestly.
That’s what we’re diving into this week.
Next Week in the Cards
Thor the Warrior Kitten guards my draw from the Meows Tarot.
Outlook: Four of Wands
Momentum is building. Things are clicking into place. That feeling when the pieces finally start to fit? That’s this card. Wins, large or more humble. Milestones. Hope, y’all. Hope! We love to see it. This is an energy of progress, not perfection—and it’s more beginning than ending. But it’s still worth celebrating.
Advice: Eight of Swords
Now here’s the kicker. This card usually screams self-sabotage prison, and yeah, that’s still relevant. But as advice? It’s more of a nudge. Take a look at what’s binding you—what’s stopping you. Some of it is real. Some of it? Phantom chains. Expired contracts and deeply buried dread. Internal rules you never agreed to. The kind that says “you can’t” when maybe, you actually can.
This card dares you to test those restraints. Push back, just a little. See what gives. You might be surprised which doors aren’t even locked anymore. It’s just after long enough, you quit trying.
The truth is, your fear might be valid. It might even be telling you there’s risk or pain involved.
That doesn’t mean it’s wrong to move forward—it means you’ll want to move forward with eyes wide open.
Now, for you:
So ask yourself: What have I left untouched for too long, assuming it was off-limits?
Because somewhere in that dusty corner might be exactly what you most need to untangle.
