I’ve been a little surprised, during some of my move-related negotiations. I’m finding that being very frank, and sharing appropriately without embellishment, has been netting better results than I would have ever imagined.
It takes a lot less energy, too. That’s really helpful to me, since energy is a finite resource in my world.
Next week, a similar approach will serve well.
Next Week in Tarot
Outlook this week is reversed Two of Wands. Advice is reversed Death. Cards from the Radiant Mini Rider-Waite: the only deck that’s not packed up right now in one of the countless, unlabeled boxes shoved in a corner.
With this outlook, I’m not expecting any pushback to come clean or easy, if the world doesn’t happen to present to your liking. It’s not that you cannot make headway in conflicts of interest. You certainly can! Just don’t expect great results from directly challenging the status quo.
Advice as Death reversed suggests avoiding ultimatum or meltdowns if you’re campaigning. Don’t act like it’s the end of the world. You can certainly be frank and real. Honesty is helpful always but particularly here. Just don’t present melodramatically, with exaggeration or embellishment.
Bluffs will get called, so make no idle threats. Secondly, know that even if you don’t see the path to resolution, conflicts may get resolved via alternate or unexpected routes.
It’s not over until it’s over, you know. I’m absolutely not saying it’s over. I’m just suggesting that you lay your cards on the table and exhale. Trust the Universe to finish what you started.
That’s always good advice, though, isn’t it? Let the Universe do it’s work. I have to remind myself of it often. But the world spins smoother when I do remember this.
How’s your world spinning? Much love from your currently relocating. card-slinging friend.
P.S. Yes, I’m doing consults and the move has not been negatively impacting my work. My response time might be a little longer than normal, but we can definitely work it out if you’re looking for your Tarot fix. Reach out if you want to connect!
