The picture on the Ten of Pentacles is picture-perfect. home, family, community, all upstanding! Considering the way things have been lately, I’m delighted to be able to bring this card to you today for the forecast. (Now nobody will feel the urge to cuss me—at least, not for that!)
I see here something we sometimes forget when we’re freaking out about broken websites or missed appointments or people who did this or didn’t do that or whatever the Hell your melting point consists of: what really matters.
You have family? You have friends? You have health? You have what you need? You have any combination (mostly) thereof?
You’re doing DAMN good.
Appreciate what you’ve got. Pay attention to what matters. Take care of the physical world needs, the emotional needs, but always look at the whole package. Don’t just focus on what’s yuck, okay?

So nice to see this card come up today! Got a new harddisk, things are looking up! And yes, there are so many things to be thankful for. Best to focus on that when you’re dealing with uncontrollable external issues.
A picture perfect house is my goal but I’m going to have to choose between that and my family. Choices, choices…..
